24 hours' notice is required if there is a change of delivery address. If the change is informed in less than 24 hours prior to delivery date, a surcharge of S$25 applies.
We reserve the right to replace some of the flowers used in the bouquet, items used in the hamper and/or the containers and bags if they become unavailable due to shipment delays, etc. For any replacement of flowers, fillers, foliage, bags, containers and other items, the price and value of the bouquet or arrangement shall remain the same and our floral designers will try our best to craft with similar colour theme(s). Slight colour variations are to be expected as different batches of flowers may be of different colour shades and hues.
Medium-sized arrangements refer to adding 50% more of main flowers and large-sized arrangements refer to doubling the main flowers. Addition of extra fillers and foliage is at the floral designer's discretion to ensure the overall aesthetics of the arrangement.
- Refund: for a cancellation made 3 days in advance (based on delivery date), a 10% or $20 admin fee (whichever is higher) will be charged
- 50% refund: for a cancellation made 2 days in advance (based on delivery date)
- Others: such requests may be accepted or declined at Everlasting Collection's discretion and we reserve full rights to decline any such refund requests
We are not liable for flowers and arrangements once they are delivered and acknowledged by recipient or on behalf of recipient at the designated delivery address.
All delivery time slots are approximate only and may be subject to unforeseen delay due to bad weather and traffic conditions. Your kind understanding is appreciated.
To avoid operational delays, our delivery/ courier will wait a maximum of 10 minutes in the event that the recipient cannot be contacted via the given mobile number. An additional surcharge of S$20 applies for re-delivery at a later timing or date.
